The commitment applies to every ATLARDA programme and every pathway. It is conditional, and the conditions are published here in full so nothing is a surprise later.
Conditions that apply
- 01Meet the published eligibility criteria confirmed at admission.
- 02Maintain the required attendance and assessment standards throughout the programme.
- 03Complete the programme, including the proof and interview-readiness stages.
- 04Participate in every placement opportunity presented, without declining eligible interviews.
- 05Provide accurate documentation when requested.

How the refund works
If you have met every condition above and ATLARDA has not been able to place you within the period defined in your admission agreement, the programme fee you paid is refunded in full. The refund process, timelines and required documentation are set out in that agreement, which is shared before enrolment.

Opportunity ranges reflect market roles, not ATLARDA outcomes. Compensation depends on role, experience, prior CTC, skill level, location and employer. Ranges are not salary guarantees.
